1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or otherwise using any service offered through x9999.club (hereinafter referred to as "x9999", "the Platform", "we" or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of x9999, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active x9999 account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, x9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x9999 login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify x9999 support immediately. x9999 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

x9999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance held at the time of closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

x9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to identity verification. x9999 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

x9999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified in the withdrawal terms applicable at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification status. x9999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

x9999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, x9999 will communicate the reason for delay to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time x9999 may offer bonuses, free spins, free bets and other promotions. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. General bonus conditions applicable to all x9999 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

All casino game outcomes on x9999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for electronic games, or by live dealer actions for live casino games. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game results are final once a game round has been completed. In the event of a game malfunction, x9999 reserves the right to declare affected game rounds void and return stakes to player accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x9999 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through x9999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
